A complete 12-week body and lifestyle programme combining personalised training, nutrition guidance and accountability for long-lasting results.
TH Women
Small-group strength training designed exclusively for women who want structure, confidence and expert coaching in a supportive environment.


TH Teens
Youth athletic development for ages 13–18, focused on strength, movement skills, coordination and confidence in a safe, supervised setting.
TH SMPT
Premium small-group personal training (maximum of four participants), offering expert coaching, structure and motivation in a motivating team environment.
