Adam

As a level 3 Personal Trainer and gym instructor, Adam believes that happiness and relaxation plays a large part in the success of any fitness program. His focus is on transforming his clients into the best version of themselves, and helping them achieve more than they ever thought they could. At Terra Hale, Adam brings his range of training techniques, including callisthenics, boxing, dance and gymnastics to his personal training sessions and group fitness classes.

Antonia

Antonia specialises in spinning, hit and conditioning. Coming from a performer background, she has always had a passion for fitness and nothing is more inspiring to her than seeing people achieve their goals and exceed their potential. 

DC

Stemming from a competitive sporting background, a tough calisthenics regime and experience in a yoga environment. I’ve developed an understanding of key functional movements and training methods, challenging the body to evoke change with longevity that translate to every aspect of fitness and general wellbeing.

My method focusses on true freedom of movement which incorporates core stability, strength, endurance, reaction time, coordination, flexibility and full body awareness. Using this method has enabled me to explore a variety of different sports and activities with a conditioned head start, such as Olympic lifting, rock climbing, hand balancing, capoeira, progressive gymnastics and advanced locomotion. 

Eleonora

With the background in the creative arts and design sectors, Eleonora´s teaching focuses on using the yoga practice as a tool to live deeper and more meaningful lives. Her interest in the body and mind connection, self-improvement and creating the best possible version of yourself led her to yoga. She pays careful attention to the students’ individual needs and gives adjustments, variations and modifications to help them deepen their practice physically, mentally and spiritually. She teaches dynamic vinyasa classes that emphasize building strength, creating flexibility, encouraging play, and learning to float. Her caring and intelligent teaching style makes yoga relatable for all levels. Whether beginner or advanced, students can get ready to step outside their comfort zone. Eleonora’s own practice has played a transformational role in her life, being a source of physical strength, resilience, mental clarity, emotional stability, self-awareness, presence and connection. She attends continuing education workshops, and is devoted to the on-going learning experience of being teacher and practitioner.

Georgina

With her sunny disposition, relentless drive and years of training expertise, Georgina leads personal training and group fitness classes at our Fulham location. From dance, cross fit, pilates and conditioning, her varied fitness experience ensures that every personal training and group fitness session keeps you guessing and delivers the results you’re looking for.

Kristina

As a Master Personal Trainer, Kristina brings her signature edge and drive for perfection to each session at Terra Hale. In her Gym-Nasty, Lift Lab and Recover sessions, Kristina aims to unleash your real potential while introducing you to challenging types of training and perfecting your technique.

Leo

Leo is a Swiss-born sound healer, therapist, and a composer. He has trained with Grand Gong master Don Conreaux (one of the 5 original Kundalini teachers designated by Yogi Bhajan in the late ’60s), and is still learning to this day, through the practice of a combination of Kinesiology and Kundalini.

Leo has been helping thousands of people transform their lives through a combination of sound, yogic mindfulness and breath work;  a behaviour changing formula which helped eradicate the acute anxiety he had suffered from since early childhood. He brings his crafted technique to Terra Hale via our monthly wellness workshops launching soon.

Lucy

A former professional lacrosse player turned  personal trainer (level 3) and group fitness instructor, Lucy makes it her mission to motivate and make training a fun and rewarding experience. Nothing brings her more joy than seeing her clients achieving their personal health and fitness goals, which she achieves through a tailored approach of body conditioning, weight training and proven weight loss methods.

Marc

Marc’s yoga journey started in 2012 he began to practice Iyengar regularly. With this solid foundation put in place, he quickly began exploring other practices such as Vinyāsa, Forrest, Hatha & Yin and then finally discovered Aerial Yoga aka Yoga Trapeze in 2013. In 2017, Marc founded Hang Out Yoga UK with an aim to further evolve and develop Yoga Trapeze & Aerial Yoga in London.

Michael

“Motivation is free but hard work pays” is Michael’s motto! He gets great joy in pushing his own boundaries and achieving positive results by training others. A keen athlete who competed at English National Championships in 100m, Michaels uses his experience as a top level sprinter to accelerate clients fitness goals by utilising principles adopted in elite sports. He describes his training style as fun energetic and informative using 3 key principles being HIIT, spin and strength training as his formula at Terra Hale. 

Ru

As a Personal Trainer, WBFF Pro Fitness model and body transformation coach, Ru Wikman has helped more than 3000 people transform their health and physique with his tailored sessions. At Terra Hale, Ru brings his years of fitness experience to our high-energy boxing sessions that’ll have you punching and sweating like the pros.

Sophie

A highly-motivated level 3 personal trainer that is driven by creativity inside and out of the gym, Sophie is keenly devoted to her clients’ fitness goals and wellbeing. From boxing to rowing and eco-spinning classes, Sophie’s passion for wellness and the environment is nothing short of infectious.
