Sauna raises your core temperature and triggers heat shock proteins that help cells repair. Used consistently, it improves cardiovascular function, deepens sleep, and is associated in long-term studies with lower rates of heart disease and dementia. Cold immersion is a short, controlled stress dose that sharpens focus, raises dopamine and norepinephrine for hours, and reduces muscle soreness. Contrast therapy — alternating the two — is where most of our PT clients end up. Your coach will tell you when.

If you're already a PT client, your coach will add sauna and ice bath into your weekly programme, matched to training intensity and how you're recovering. You get specific guidance: which tool, how long, in what order, and on which days. If you're not a client yet, the way in is the free longevity assessment — we'll walk you through the facility, talk through your goals, and build a starting programme with recovery built in from day one.
